Super Cute Easter Wreath

So, I read a lot of crafty type blogs. Typically, it ends the same way each time a visit a blog and see something cute I think I can make – I don’t follow through with the actual creation. But, last night I came across a super cute Easter-y wreath that I REALLY wanted to hang on our front door! I never thought a wreath would be so important to me – but once you have a home and a front porch – you just have to have a (super cute) wreath. I do have a really pretty spring/summer wreath, but once you see this Easter-y wreath, you will understand! Long story short (that statement is needed because truth be told it did take me a long time) – I was able to finish this in one afternoon and that makes me happy. So here you go!

Love this!!! sooo cute Is the entire ball yarn? Or did you wrap the yarn around styrofoam? Then did you hot glue them to a styrofoam wreath?

Hi Kami. The wreath is actually made using plastic easter eggs from Target! I wrapped each plastic egg in yarn, using a little dab of hot glue to hold the end of the piece of yarn, then wrapped around the egg like crazy. I hot glued all of my yarned wrapped eggs to the wreath in a pattern I was happy with.  Thanks for your comment; happy wreath making!!
